For years, I believed I was doing everything right — eating healthy foods, working out regularly, and taking care of myself. But in my early 40s, everything changed. Despite my efforts, I gained 40 pounds in just a few years on my 5'2" frame. Even strict macros and consistent exercise weren’t working.

Doctors told me it was just my age and perimenopause. I refused to accept that. Eventually, a nurse practitioner tested my fasting insulin — something most doctors skip — and flagged me as insulin resistant.

Not willing to rely on prescriptions, I started researching. I found experts who taught me how the body truly fuels itself. By applying what I learned, I lost over 35 pounds in less than six months.

Grateful for my transformation, I knew I had to share what I discovered. I started helping friends and family — and they saw incredible results too. That’s when my weight-loss coaching journey began.

Now I’m helping other women prove they’re not broken. It’s not “just your age” or “just perimenopause” — it’s about understanding how your body works and nourishing it the way nature intended.
